That was my first time here. We were there early at 5:00 and sat and waited immediately. The vegetables are fresh and clean. The thin meat was fresh and there was more than enough to make you happy. Each family had favorite soups there, but by far, the Miso soup was both the most tasteful. I added a spoon of garlic and it was the perfect broth each agreed. Nothing else was necessary.
