I visited for lunch and was seated promptly. The food was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. Despite being asked twice if I wanted a coffee refill, I never received one. We had to ask a different waitress for takeout boxes, and when we were told that someone would be right back to help us at the register, we ended up waiting 4 minutes before someone else finally rang us up.
