Arrived at 12.30, was seated whilst I waited 35 minutes for my girl pal to turn up! Staff were kind and didn't fuss me but kept checking that I was ok. Once my friend arrived we ordered quickly, and as usual, and as we've come to expect, food arrived within minutes and was piping hot. Delicious vegan options, the Imitator is just my favourite! This is a review of a takeout order from the restaurant. The delivery was prompt and on time, but shouldn't the food have arrived hotter than lukewarm? While I appreciate sustainable packaging, shouldn't it also keep the food warm? The "2 chicken breasts" were disappointingly small and dry, almost like a thigh. Additionally, the peri-salted chips were lacking in seasoning. I will not be ordering from here again. View all feedback.
