I ordered a large cup of soft ice cream, but when I received it, the entire twist was hollow inside. I raised my concern, but was informed that this is how the machine produces it. I've had soft ice cream at other places without encountering this issue, so I believe the problem lies with the person serving it, not the machine itself. View all feedback.
