It was our first, but not the last, time at Solymar. We all had the cheeseburger in different sizes as a basis and each refined it with our own ingredients. We all agreed that we had discovered a real treasure here. The very friendly and accommodating owners rounded off the evening nicely. And of course the excellent chocolate cake! That was nothing. We placed a larger order for pickup. Some burgers were delivered with the wrong side dishes and some in the wrong “configuration” (100g instead of 200g) The great thing, however, was that we explicitly ordered a burger without tomatoes, said this again when we picked it up and the error was then “fixed”.
