I ordered two Züri Geschnetzeltes to pick up. Arrived for pickup 40 minutes later as agreed. Unfortunately the order got lost, which wouldn't have been a problem. But the cook (I think the owner) started arguing with his waitress and told me to come back in 40 minutes but to bring my own plates.
