Very nice service and the food was very delicious. I would even recommend tourists. Because the small restaurants in Weimar's surroundings are usually even better alternatives than the restaurants in the center. View all feedback.
We celebrated a birthday and had a buffet that was really good. The quality it food was excellent, from such a garden pub some restaurants in and around Weimar can still have something LERNEN.

It's a garden restaurant that has it in itself. After several years we had a class meeting. The promised a nice evening, this was completely implemented by the restaurant staff and the excellent buffet (small thumbs high). Thank you very much and your thematic days I will remember (if you get space). I'm sure you have the full recommendation, thank you. Very well maintained small ambience!!!.
We were guests at the Hammerschenke for lunch in mid-December 2022. The sauerbraten and the ingredients were a culinary delight at its best. We were totally thrilled and will definitely be back in the summer. Many greetings from Wetzlar
We visited in June 2025 as part of a bicycle tour. The Hammerschänke is located in the middle of a allotment garden area. On Sundays, they offer a special menu, which included... Venison goulash with red cabbage and dumplings Schnitzel with asparagus and pan-fried potatoes We ate both, and they were delicious. The food was restaurant quality; we didn't notice any convenience products. There's a beer garden, a children's playground, and plenty of space to park bicycles right in front of the inn. Thank you for your hospitality; we'll be back.
