Why is there always a wait at the counter for this location? Today I counted 6 employees behind the counter working and not a one acknowledged the people waiting in the lobby. Eventually the couple ahead of me left, then a gentleman behind me left, then after standing in line for almost 10 minutes I left too and went to whataburger where I was served immediately. I like Wendy's. They have good salads, and frosty is good.
