I have eaten at Dan Dan several times and have never been disappointed. A reservation is highly recommended. Dining inside can be a little crowded and busy. During the nicer months the trick is to dine on their outside deck. Despite being nearish to the street it is private and quiet due to the privacy wall and planters. I recently tried the green peppercorn hot sauce chicken dish and was disappointed. It was drenched in chili oil, making it greasy and unappetizing.
