I ordered the pad see ew with chicken, and quite frankly, it felt like the restaurant underestimated my intelligence. As you can see in the photos, I mostly consumed the noodles, leaving behind the chicken that was simply inedible. After tasting just one piece, I found it overwhelmingly dry and crumbly. This suggests that they used reheated chicken, despite claiming it was fresh.
