Quality is about what you 'd expect. However, while most places will allow you to split a dozen wings, this place is adamant that you do not. This is a real no no to them. For that, you have to purchase 18. Unfortunately 18 is a little too much for me. Not sure why they can 't with a dozen but they can with 18.
