I love these died and often go, but anissa is regularly rude. almost every time I'm here and she's my barista, she's unprofessional and unkind. she slams drinks on the counter and doesn't call drinks when there is more than one person waiting. it is very involuntary. each other is literally amazing. there is a clear management problem here. the kiosk has been closed in the last weeks countless paintings because they cannot hold any workers. of what I have seen, this is directly attributable to how this institution treats its employees.
