I visited Kitchener last weekend for a family function. I'm not really a sushi person but when I get dragged along ,I oblige. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. My only discrepancy would be with a particular dish , which were the ribs. They tasted fine but the texture was very abnormal to me . I'm a purebred Canadian hillbilly and I'm used to the barbeque. Worst experience at this restaurant. Went for a birthday and sat for an hour and a half at the restaurant and received a quarter of what we ordered. Less than 6 dishes. Hot food was cold. Dishes never cleared from our table. Restaurant was busy, but this was unacceptable and has never happened to its before. It was our favourite restaurant and we will never return.
