What Kay Sorge likes about Marble Slab Creamery Waterloo:
I was disappointed to find out that this restaurant is temporarily closed. I enjoyed dining here and personally, I like it better than the Kitchener location. The staff members are welcoming and skilled, and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy, offering suggestions on flavors and ensuring a satisfying dining experience. I hope they can reopen soon with the same team. View all feedback.
What C doesn't like about Marble Slab Creamery Waterloo:
Vegan oatmilk icecream is really bad. Weird texture, and sticky too. I do love vegan icecream but this is not it. Not worth the price and I couldn’t eat more than a few spoonfuls. D spot nearby has better vegan icecream by far.Customer service was nice but overall had to keep repeating myself unfortunately for the same question.I would not come back for their vegan icecream.
