First, food was good. Mango chicken, pad Thai all acceptable mall fare. Service on the other hand was terrible. The employee talked down to my partner. We asked for an upgrade to shrimp pad Thai, and instead of saying we don't do that, he was just rude. Second, I was carrying three drinks, two entrees and I asked for one of those cafeteria trays.
