Gone downhill the last 3 months. Getting incorrect items is becoming more frequent. Twice in a week for basic coffee and bagel order is super frustrating. The app does allow you to place the complaint. Received a full refund through the app for one of those incorrect orders. Appeased me with points for the other mess up.
