The food and service at this restaurant were impeccable. However, I was disappointed that my $50 bonus cards did not work, despite having $300 worth of them. Thankfully, they were able to accept my $500 gift card instead. It seems to be a system error that I will need to follow up with Landry's about. Terrible experience. First we had to wait for the hostess who gave us filthy menus. I couldn’t even open the pages, they were stuck with I don’t even want to know what. Then it took James the server 20 mn to eventually show up and take care of us. He wasn’t attentive at all. The first dish came after 50mn. Food was ok.
