Amsterdam Falafelshop has some of the best fries I've had in a long while. It's not easy finding perfectly crispy thick fries. I ordered small fries that were more than enough for one person. The fries are served hot with a side of garlic cream and curry ketchup. Both condiments are delicious. The curry ketchup should be sold everywhere.
