Ate at the Lab for Valentine's Day dinner. When I booked, the chef personally called me to confirm, and to inform us it would be a pre selected fixed menu and described all the dishes, which I thought was a very nice touch. A mixed bag. Food was great, but the time between appetizers and entree was an hour! It was so uncomfortable to sit there that long. Our waitress was somewhat accommodating about it. My date said no to another glass of wine, which was still brought over and then charged for. There was nothing done to remedy the extreme wait times.
