The spicy crossed Eggplant Pita is a 10/10; the eggplant is grilled or pan-fried and I appreciate that there is no crust or bread. It is warm, tasty, and the combination of shug and tahini is perfect. I also added a 7-minute egg for extra protein, which was perfectly soft with a runny yolk. The chicken dish was not enjoyable as it was overshadowed by the overwhelming amount of hummus. The hummus itself was too creamy for my liking and left me unsatisfied.
