It was clear that she despised her job. This restaurant should be more careful in choosing their staff.

I made the error of briefly leaving my belongings, including half a cu... read more The customer service at this restaurant was subpar at best and borderline theft at worst. I made the error of briefly leaving my belongings, including half a cup of tea, unattended on the table while I went to the bathroom. Upon my return, my belongings were missing. After questioning a staff member, he returned my items which he had stashed behind the counter, claiming he was just clearing the table. I plan to contact Cafe Nero directly to address this issue and hope they will address the situation appropriately.
