Avoid ordering online. They will claim that they never received your order, then keep your money and make you deal with customer service for two weeks to get a refund. We placed an order for a party, and it wasn't cheap—apparently, their system "malfunctioned." The manager was just an 18-year-old who didn’t even know what a credit card terminal was.
