It 's a self-service restaurant, which is fine with me. In fact, the Janssen 's sign says Schnellrestaurant , which indicates fast-food. The combination platter of fish (16 Euros) was simply excellent, as well as generous in portion. Every morsel I ate was tasty, cooked to perfection and fresh. And I ate some of everything !
