Ich lade nun zum vierten Mal zu Planungsgesprächen für das Folgejahr ein. Wir lassen uns jedes Jahr vom vorweihnachtlichen Menü überraschen und sind von der Kreativität der Küche entzückt. In diesem Jahr gibt allerdings Punktabzug für die Vorspeise und Suppe. Mir ist bewusst, das ich auf hohem Niveau klage.
