Local crowd only. No visitors who could possibly spend allowed over their business hours. They decide to close early, forget business hours. But who can blame the shortage of employees I guess. They just didn't have to be so rude about it 11 pm when they close 1. They might not have a active owner cause he/she is enjoying the SBA .
