Was Thomas B at Jack's a mag?
This was our first experience at Jack's, and it turned out to be a great fast food restaurant. We ordered a variety of burgers, chicken, and chicken tenders, all of which were good. While nothing stood out as exceptional, everything was satisfactory for a fast food joint. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. Overall, it was a pleasant visit! The food was disappointing. The fries were overcooked and cold, my husband couldn't finish his burger because it was also cold and the bun was stale. My chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Read a lot of reviews before visiting. My experience was the staff was fantastic with a great sense of humor. I had to wait a minute or two on the coleslaw but no problem. 1st time eating at a Jacks. We were very impressed. 2 2-piece fried chicken dinners with homemade biscuits for $15. Chicken legs were thick juicy but cooked done in the center. We will eat here again!
Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't have them without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at a Jack's because they're always so rude. Service: Take out
