Oh my gosh, give Chad a raise! He was so kind to my me and my mom When he visited and went above and beyond to make sure we felt good since they were busy when we were getting icecream (it was a holiday and they have $1 off cones). What Reign dislikes about Stewart's Shop:
Red headed night employee on 10/1/22 was very rude about us asking if they do brownie Sundays. We were told yes but they don’t have brownies with a huff and puff and negative rude face and attitude in reality probably did but didn’t want to do the work. Similar review here already I see . I'm not typically one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This was the fourth time I've encountered the same rude employee when asking for ice cream. She treats the requests like it's a major inconvenience, as if making the ice cream orders is a hassle for her. Each time I visited, the place wasn't crowded, so I wasn't holding anyone up. Yet, she has rolled her eyes and sighed heavily every time I've dealt with her. The employee’s name is Claire, so you can take that information as you wish.
The staff is always friendly, although the restaurant tends to be understaffed in the evenings.
Stewart's is fantastic! I've never had a negative experience at any of their locations. The parking lot is clean, although a bit cramped. There are four gas pumps available. The employees are friendly and welcoming. If you have the opportunity, be sure to try the ice cream and ask about the flavor of the week!
This is an average restaurant. The staff is usually friendly, which is nice. However, I don’t appreciate having to pay for a bag to protect my car seat when buying a half-gallon of ice cream or a gallon of milk. It feels a bit stingy on Stewart’s part, prompting me to visit other stores more frequently. That said, their ice cream is tasty whether you get it served or buy it in a half-gallon. On the plus side, they do offer ethanol-free gas if you opt for the 91 octane, allowing you to purchase better fuel instead of the usual low-quality options.
