What Melina Beausoleil likes about Tim Hortons:
Unsmiling staff. It is difficult to get an exact order. As if these are robots that serve us. Cold staff, long face, sighs and no manner of customer service. I find it a shame that the majority of staff are like that. The owner should review the basic service of his employees. What Tim Timmerson doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Its bad enough you arent open 24hrs anymore but the service is abysmalNo customer service skills, no smiles, no hello they just stare at you until you say what you want. They have 4 people working yet it still took the over 30min to serve 8 people all of them ordered coffee and donuts nothing complicated.
