The Fresh Shave has several locations and they always deliver. This place is much better than others. They use fresh ingredients and the ice remains fluffy. A group of four of us tried the Whiskers, the Handle Bar and the Dirt Squirrels. Flavors are good and I would rate them near my favorite place on Kauai Wailua Shave Ice in Kapaa.
