I always have a soft spot for the Coffee Bean Tea Leaf because it’s nostalgic for me. This locations is clean, the staff are friendly, there’s great customer service. Manager Napoo (NastyPoo) Awful Service . All around discourteous and unfriendly. A few of many issues.., She said she 'd bring my drink, then left it on the counter. If it weren 't for another customer, I 'd never known it was there. The sign said bathroom closed , then she let another customer in, but she rudely told me it was closed after I came out.
