great staff! very helpful during a time when buying a brand new house should be fun. they have made it very less stressful and accommodating during this transition. it's no 5 star hotel, but it's clean, I have no issues, and it's been quiet. if I have a problem, the front desk has been great and housekeeping as well. ROACHES!!! I killed live ones. Dead ones everywhere. Microwave was broken and unplugged (wouldn't have used..roaches). Refrigerator was unplugged. Wouldn't have used. Mold on toilet tissue. Even the bar of soap had mold on it when I opened the packaging. Room had a very distinct odor when I went in. Couldn't even get a refund. DONT GO!!! View all feedback.
