The store is run by a bunch of disrespectful teenagers. The phone number is a fax machine. Good lord I'm not a picky person and usually don't complain about restaurants but can I get a little better customer service than making me come inside to get my curbside pickup order and then just pointing me towards a bag on a shelf and then walking away? This is the worst Subway I’ve ever visited! If you’re looking for awful customer service, particularly from Isabell, the sandwich artist, then this is the place to go. I hope you’re a vegetarian, because she won’t give you any meat—just crushed bread and no protein from someone who looks like she grew up in a tattoo parlor. I wouldn’t have been staring, but it’s hard not to!
The server coughed on my sandwich, which caused me to lose my appetite. I paid for it, but I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
The food was excellent, but I felt sorry for the young man on staff who was being criticized by the female employee for moving too slowly. I think he was just being considerate and making sure he got the order right for the elderly woman. We weren't in a hurry, so it was perfectly fine.
While the staff in the regular friendly, well trained, and the place is in the regular quite clean, I had ZWEI instances when my sandwich a bit tasted and led to mild food poisoning. I don't know if they wash their veggies in rough water, or what, but something is off. sad to say, I probably won't come back for a because that's a summer, as I love subway and it's the only near china jump.
