I have never received a burrit... read more I have been dining at this location for over 4 years, and prior to that, I have visited several locations throughout the country. I have never received a burrito of this size before, especially not for $15. Not only was it small, but it also tasted old and rubbery, as if it had been sitting out for 4 or 5 hours. This was a major disappointment. As a loyal customer who regularly caters meals for my employees from your restaurant, you have lost my business. I did not realize that you engage in bait and switch tactics when ordering online versus in-store. If I could give you 7 negative stars, I would. It was evident that the food had been left out for more than 4 hours.
