You may find Mi Ranchito a little off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip down Carter Road. There is ample parking on both sides of the building. They have a large L-shaped dining room that doesn't feel crowded even with a large party. The menu is quite extensive, so you may want to take a few minutes to look it over.
