The first time I went here, I knew I was home sweet home it reminds me of Texas. One bad experience can trump many good ones. I 've been getting meat (Tri tips specifically) from here for years. Usually go for the everything but the kitchen sink , but decided to try the whiskey bourbon. Thought the meat looked a little dark but gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to the type of marinade. I 'll let you decide what you think is going on with this meat..
