Today 9/24/23 at 6.00pm i was ordering food with my family and a customer came up to the front desk and was very, very angry that his order got mixed up. He was so angry, he seemed almost aggressive. I was so impressed with how the manager and other workers handled this rude customer. They were firm but remained professional the whole time. A fine balance. I think these workers deserve a raise. Can I give absolutely negative 5 stars?! Everytime I go there they 1. Forget at least ONE if not more items. 2.burger is so sloppy I can’t eat it.
