Mia's staff were friendly and accommodating, the coffee and iced tea were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had paper straws for the iced tea. It was hard to choose, there were so many delicious looking options on the lunch menu. Horrific Service from the owner of all people; she was was rude and unprofessional. Staff always sets the tone of the place. As soon as I walked in I sensed the misery and the service was reflective of this. I wouldn't set another step in this establishment because of the lousy service and bad attitude from staff.
