Migas A La Mexicana

Farm fresh eggs scrambled with tomatoes, onions, jalapeno and corn chip tostadas. Served with refried beans, pan fried potatoes or hashbrowns and your choice of homemade flour or corn tortillas.

Waffle Plate

Traditional Texas waffles cooked to a golden brown and served with butter and maple syrup. We add two farm fresh eggs prepared any style and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham.

Chorizo Plate

Our recipe of traditional ground pork chorizo prepared and mixed with scrambled farm fresh eggs. Served with a side of our warm ranchero sauce, refried beans and your choice of pan fried potatoes or hash browns.
