We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here a few days ago. We've been to so many upscale places in Louisville over the past ten years and nothing even got close. The waiting staff for the hotel and restaurant are excellent. I would have to evaluate it as our best general meal experience ever. I have some advice for breakfast service, but still great. We went to the jubilee dinner. While the ingredients are all very fresh, they do not seem to cook cook locally. Partner and I both asked for Med-Rare rack from lamb and got medium to well made lamb. After seeing a nearby table, we send back three times food because they couldn't cook it properly, we both decided to eat it as it is and never return.
