I had the worst customer service experience at this pizza restaurant. I called in an order of garlic knots for pickup and the lady on the phone told me it will be ready in 10min. I get there in 10min and decided to order a slice of pizza. Then I asked about the garlic knots and the lady said they are not ready. I explained to her I called it in 10min ago.
