We were walking around Vercelli looking for lunch options. There was not so much open mainly bars or gelateria. So we gave Pupetta a try. It does fine as a pizzeria and has been going for over 40 years. Very reasonable price only 5 7 euro a pizza. Nice and thin though the crust wasn't as crisp as I would like.
