The management skimp on ingredients, therefore the food, particularly today 2/9/22 was poor. In a town where the food market is phenomenal. The Caprese salad was worse than that served in the U.K. tomatoes were absolutely disgusting, the Basil didn’t even constitute a leaf it was a total insult to both the customer the staff having to serve it, the chef must be so embarrassed to work at this place.
