Concept of self-choice fine: lots of choice. Dishes well prepared, nice quantity. But everything tastes kinda the same (lots of teriaky). Filling in the old-fashioned way with notes, staff in a hurry and some of them don't know the dishes they are bringing despite the notes they receive.
