Went to Kookoos Kitchen, recently rebranded on a friends referral and boy was I surprised. I had the nutjob burger, 2 patties with triple cheese, bacon and Montreal smoked meat. It was perfectly cooked and very juicy. I actually could barely fit it in my mouth, it was huge. The staff was great in their recommendations. Even without the ability to have a glass of wine or beer the food was pretty decent. I had fish without fries and my friend had a burger with. Had to settle for water in a bottle and ginger ale. Not sure I cared for fish sitting directly on the wooden board server but I'll live. Pros: Fish was delicious, burger was good. Service was friendly and willing to please.
