All the staff are lovely expect for the old lady with glasses. She asked me to sign in so I did through my phone, though when I showed her I had I was verbally abused and that I couldn’t sign in that way. I used to go to diamonds all the time but I WILL NOT be coming back. The way she spoke to me was appalling and made us all leave.
