What happened to this little star of a place? To get a breakfast sandwich and Ornary seller this morning said the sandwiches are not ready. They're ready at 8:30. When I said I was waiting in a big room with chairs and tables, he invited me to wait outside. Make yourself a favor and go to Pure Bread or Elysian both on the street. Better food and definitely more helpful staff.
Why can you serve espressos in a China cup? 2 paper cups for me to have a couple sip of coffee is a waste and very un environmentally friendly. The coffee was also cold. You location had almost no bread selection. At least the staff was nice without them you would have had 1 star.
Called to let them know they forgot to heat up my ?hot pressed sandwich?. I was simply interested in informing the staff about the issue and they instantly started blaming me for not confirming that I wanted the sandwich heated up, that I should call door dash instead as they are not affiliated with them. Basically, I was surprised by the amount of attitude I received from just wanting to make them aware of a very small issue. The woman on the phone told me not to call again- which I obviously will not.
Friendly service and good pastries. I used the Too Good to Go app to get my surprise bag from Terra Breads, which included a nice assortment of pastries for the price, plus a big loaf of white sourdough. The staff even wrote down all the items on a cardso I didn't have to guess (this very rarely happens when you buy from other Too Good To Good stores). The only item I didn'tcare for was the grape bread, which I found a bit dry (but I am not a fan of focaccia anyway).
