Mui Garden offers a simple and family-oriented ambiance in a less crowded area of town. While some may find the odor on one side of the restaurant off-putting, the food quality remains consistent. Diners can enjoy dishes like baked seafood, mixed vegetable curry, and beef hotpot, although the service language barrier may lead to some minor confusion. The restaurant is known for providing free hot tea and offering a range of traditional Chinese dishes, making it a reliable choice for those seeking a casual dining experience. Despite some mixed reviews on the food quality over the years, Mui Garden continues to draw in customers with its affordable prices and child-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it's a decent option for those looking for a no-frills Chinese meal in a comfortable setting.
What Jessy Wolf likes about Mui Garden:
This is one of our favourite chinese restaurants in town! Always reliable. Sometimes we get take-out, or we sit in restaurant, depending on circumstances. They are incredibly child-friendly, always happy to see our son. I recommend these dishes:- Sweet and sour pork and pineapple- Singapore style vermicelli- Bbq pork chow mein- Beef broccoli- Shrimp and bbq pork fried rice- Spicy deep friend tofu View all feedback.
What Johnnie Bailey doesn't like about Mui Garden:
Had an early lunch with my family at Mui Garden Restaurant. Restaurant wasn't busy when I was there. There was about 4 or 5 tables occupied. Food was OK...nothing fancy nor special about it. Food arrived quickly and free hot tea. There is free Shaw Open from nearby businesses. Your mobile or tablet may catch a strong signal inside the restaurant. View all feedback.
Honestly didn't expect to like it as much as I did.
