A comprehensive menu of Incendio from Vancouver featuring all 9 menus and drinks can be found here on the list.
Incendio, a popular restaurant in Vancouver, has been a favorite among many for years. However, recent changes in ownership have left some customers feeling disappointed. The once intimate ambiance is slowly disappearing, with loud music and sports TV taking over the dining area. Despite a few service hiccups and slightly overcooked food, some diners still found the experience enjoyable. With a variety of options available in Vancouver, opinions on whether to return vary. However, others found the pizza and calamari to be delightful, with friendly staff providing excellent service. Overall, Incendio's brick oven-fired pizza and cool vibe continue to attract diners, making it a spot worth checking out in Gastown.

Was Lonie Mueller at Incendio a mag?
My family from out of town was visiting and we decided to go to Incendio as we were touring Gastown during the day. We ordered a few appetizers and the calamari was by far the best (and I order calamari quite often!). The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our dinner. They gave us suggestions on what to order and were attentive to our large group.I will definitely return for dinner in the futur... View all feedback.
What Eddie Kris dislikes about Incendio:
It's always been a favorite of ours dating back almost 15 yrs, the only sad thing is, the intimacy is slowly disappearing, as they are trying to become more mainstream and hip. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but sadly it changed ownership. The bread to start was cold. It used to be warm. The pasta was swimming in oil and the pizza crust was limp. The staff were disinterested. The drinks were good, but how much effort does it take to pour wine? With so many good options in Vancouver, I see no need to return.

The service was as well slow, although there was plenty of visible staff for a Friday night, the restaurant was clearly not busy, with staff clearly to busying engaged with each other rather than taking care of patrons. Although the food was good, it was slightly overcooked and burnt in sections.
Recommended to us by our hotel front desk. It was not in any of the travel literature so I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be very good pizza. Not the best I have ever ate, but pretty good if you have a craving for pizza.
Just had dinner here with my husband and brother-in-law. Food was fantastic and staff were well trained and attentive. Would definitely recommend highly.
We were there on a Thursday night around 8 pm. The restaurant is nice to look at. But once seated the four of us were never greeted. After 15 minutes we called someone over. Now the restaurant wasn't busy. A server took our order. Next incident was one of our chairs broke. Seat fell through . We changed the chair. Told the server' she said a uncaring sorry. Didn't ask if our friend was ok after hitting the floor. Now after all this we were giving the bartender has our new server. Rachel. She was lovely. Happy and fun. The food is good. Pasta and a large meat pizza. Now I also work has a server. So know things can and do happen. So after reading this . Do try the restaurant. I'm hoping our initial first impression was not correct.
