They provided us with two wireless microphones, a selection of cold drinks, and we felt like rockstars in no time! The soundproof rooms were spacious with plenty of seating. I visited this restaurant on a Thursday night and had a fantastic time for 2 hours! The total cost was around $124 including tip. The hostess who attended to us was very nice, she brought us our drinks, cleaned up after us when we finished, checked in on us, and even gave us a heads up when we had 10 minutes left. Despite the noise level, we couldn't hear the other karaoke singers in the other rooms - we had our own private sound in our room. We could adjust the music and microphone volume as needed. The drinks were better than expected - I ordered a Tokyo tea which was sweet and didn't taste like vodka at all, and Kamikaze shots which were smooth and not sour. Overall, I would love to come back here again. I had so much fun that I wish we had something like this back home.
The food at this restaurant was not good. I suspect they served a frozen Dr. Oetker's Ristorante pizza for $15.50, which reminded me of my college days surviving on cheap meals. The service was decent, as the staff seemed used to dealing with rowdy customers and were not overly polite. The restaurant had separate rooms for each group, played a mix of English and Japanese music, and offered expensive drinks. It's best to eat and have a few drinks before coming here. Overall, it can be a fun experience if you prepare beforehand.
The restaurant has a limited song selection and the rooms are a bit shabby with little privacy. The big windows on every door mean that people have to pass by to get to their rooms. However, the singing is contained within the rooms, which is a plus. The drink prices are very expensive and the overall atmosphere is uninviting.
Service is good, other than this... Nothing else. Finger food is not that great and rooms are not that clean... And it's hard to use the remotes...
Garbage. Rip off price, bad service, terrible atmosphere. Alot of wanna be gangsters, druggies. Always fight, people Doing drugs, they dont care about it.
