Not very original what I'm going to say, but the gustative experience at Anne-Sophie Pic was quite exceptional From the outside the place seems ordinary but once in it is extraordinary. Everything is done with an incredible taste, a very high-level retail sense. Not to mention what is on the plates that is quite exceptional. Service is a real magic broom where everyone knows what to do and does it divinely well. We're at the restaurant and the show too... Maison Pic, steeped in history and boasting three generations of culinary excellence, truly deserves its Michelin three stars. The 10-course meal was outstanding, with some dishes standing out more than others, but none disappointing. The service was impeccable, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant accommodates around 20 tables, with most guests starting their meals around 7:30 PM. This synchronized service means that meals typically last about four hours, allowing the restaurant to cater to all tables simultaneously. Breakfast at Maison Pic is also exceptional, maintaining the high standards set by the dinner service.
